CloudPointe Subversion Connector


The CloudPointe Subversion connector allows you to use a Subversion repository as a secure document workspace. Share and collaborate on documents from your Subversion repository from your website's or web application.

How it works

In CloudPointe, you add a Subversion Site Connection to your repository by entering your hostname, username and password. CloudPointe will automatically create a shared folder, to which you can add people (by email address) who should be allowed to have access to your files. When you add people to your share, they will receive an email message with information they need to access the shared documents and files.

Optionally you can specify a specific folder to share so that users can only access documents from that individual folder.

After you have set any security settings you prefer, you and your users can upload, download, preview, edit, print and comment on any files in the shared folder. All changes that are made are saved back to your Subversion server so that you still have full control.

To make it even easier for your users, you can embed the shared folder right into your own website with a few lines of code. This way your users won't need to leave your website.
