The CloudPointe Amazon S3 connector allows you to use an Amazon S3 bucket as a document workspace. Share and collaborate on documents from your Amazon S3 account directly through your website.

In CloudPointe, you add a Site Connection to your server by entering your Amazon S3 credentials. CloudPointe will automatically create a shared folder, to which you can add people (by email address) who should be allowed to have access to your files. When you add people to your share, they will receive an email message with the information they need to access the shared documents and files.

Optionally you can specify a specific folder to share so that users can only access documents from that individual folder.

After you have set any security settings you prefer, you and your users can upload, download, preview, edit, print and comment on any files in the shared folder. All changes that are made are saved back to your Amazon S3 server so that you still have full control.

To make it even easier for your users, you can embed the shared folder right into your own website with a few lines of code. This way your users won't need to leave your website.
